Fitstrot started because too many people were paying for fitness and getting a PDF. A plan nobody follows up on, a coach who goes quiet after the first month, and an app that logs what you did without noticing when you stopped.
Every programme we run is live. A coach who can see you, correct your form in the session, and change the plan when something isn’t working. That’s the whole difference, and it’s why we don’t sell recorded content.

A twenty-minute call before you pay anything. A coach looks at your routine, your goals and what’s failed before, then tells you honestly what they’d do. You keep the plan either way.

Yoga, Zumba, one-on-one personal training, weight loss coaching and nutrition consultations. Most members end up combining two.
Built for Indian Routines
Nutrition plans built from roti, rice and what your household already cooks. Class timings that work around a 9-to-8 day. Coaching designed for the life you have rather than one you’d need to rearrange.

WhatsApp access to your coach between sessions, weekly progress reviews, and a plan that changes when it needs to rather than at renewal.

Yash did not start Fitstrot from a marketing plan. He started it because he kept meeting people who had tried everything, gym memberships, diet charts, apps, and still had nothing to show for it. What was missing was never effort. It was someone watching, adjusting, and holding them to it.
Where We’re Based
Fitstrot operates from Una, Gir Somnath, Gujarat, and coaches members across India. Every session runs online, so where we are matters less than when you’re free.
