Eligibility Window

  • Refunds are valid only within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.
  • Requests made after this period will not be considered.

No Custom Plan Delivered

  • Refund is applicable only if no personalized workout or nutrition plan has been delivered.
  • Accessing any part of the plan counts as delivery.

Non-Refundable After Delivery

  • Once your custom plan has been created and shared, the service is considered fulfilled.
  • No refund will be issued after that point.

Service Type is Digital

  • Our services are digitally delivered, not physical products.
  • Refunds are not granted for change of mind or general dissatisfaction after delivery.

Duplicate or Failed Transactions

  • If you are charged twice accidentally, we will issue a full refund for the extra charge.
  • Failed payment issues will also be reviewed and resolved.

Partial Refunds Not Supported

  • We do not offer partial refunds for partially used services or incomplete plan usage.
  • Refund is either full (if applicable) or not eligible.

Disqualification After Support

  • If you've already had consultation or support interactions, refunds are not permitted.
  • This includes messaging, emails, or guidance from our team.

  • Include your full name, payment proof, and reason for the refund.

Review & Approval Timeline

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Refund Denial Criteria

  • Refunds will be denied if any plan was accessed, downloaded, or used.
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in permanent account suspension.
