How to Record a Valid Video
- One unedited take, with no cuts, filters or speed changes.
- Whole body visible from start to finish.
- Say your name and participant ID at the start.
- Show a clock or timer in the frame.
- Follow the movement standards we send; half reps don’t count.
- Submit before the deadline. Late videos are not judged.
An invalid video means no score for that level.
Judged by Coaches, Not by Likes
Every video is watched in full by a certified Fitstrot coach. Reps are counted against the published standard, and the same rules apply to everyone. The judges’ decision is final. [If you allow it: you can request one review within 24 hours of results.]
